Adnoc aimed to engage in a thoughtful exchange of ideas regarding the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics and conversations that are most relevant today and will have a lasting impact in the future. The purpose of this reflection was to identify key areas of focus and generate meaningful outcomes.

Our Solution
At our event, a dynamic group primarily composed of highly motivated women represented the leadership of our fictitious company, "Women With Energy." They were challenged to leverage Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to generate impactful outcomes and unlock untapped potential.
Teams delved into various DEI topics and explored why these issues are important for their respective departments and their organisation as a whole. Using Adi the chatbot, teams engaged in multiple-choice questions to learn DEI facts and figures.
The team that won the morning session stood out due to their outstanding teamwork and collaborative efforts.
