Working in international teams doesn’t necessarily mean employees understand how to deal with each other's differences. The main objectives of the activity was to build a framework on how to create inclusive teams.
1. Getting to know different Business Cultures;
2. Understanding how to handle different circumstances;
3. Difference between Observations, Interpretations and Judgements
During an online, live-facilitated session, multiple teams were invited to work through some fun virtual assignments, challenges and videos so the conversation about diversity got started. Having this conversation with an open mind, helped the teams to create the fundamentals of their very-own framework, based on their team's best practices per topic. This in turn led to a company-wide framework of best-practice approaches regarding the topic of diversity and inclusion.
