In this hands-on experience, participants learn how to use the canvas to navigate high-pressure moments with clarity, resolve conflict, and foster a culture of proactive collaboration — helping teams build long-term trust and agility together.

  2. Explore the BUILD Canvas: Participants learn each part of the canvas through hands-on mini-games, understanding how each section can guide teams in navigating setbacks and conflict.

  3. Practise with real scenarios: Teams tackle custom-built challenges inspired from their real-life work contexts, and use the BUILD Canvas to regroup, realign, and regain momentum after these likely setbacks as a team.

  4. Adapt to the moment: Teams learn how to use the whole canvas or just the most relevant sections, making it flexible for any high-stakes or pressure-filled situation or conversation.

  5. Reflect and embed: The training ends with team reflection and actionable next steps, helping teams lock in what works and strengthen their collaboration moving forward.
