Storyline
Build your road to success with ‘Road To Perfection’! Time, money, organisation, quality and information are the five essential components to successfully execute a project. During this Business Game, two project teams compete against each other to construct a road from A to B. Which team completes the project within the set time, budget, required quality and other demands?
Flow of the Activity
Within the project teams, each member has a different responsibility concerning the project. Contract management, interests of stakeholders, finance and permits are all inextricably linked. The in-game roads are physically built on a large map, so the team progresses are immediately visible. Right away, the competition can be felt, and it will bring out the best in the participants. Will they continue to communicate, even when they’re under extreme time pressure? Or will they make rash decisions which could cost them dearly?
