How It Works
Before the training, participants will complete the official MBTI questionnaire.
During the activity, they’ll be divided into teams based on their personality profiles.
Each team will receive a suitcase with the goal of planning a world trip.
As the teams work together, they’ll gradually uncover more about their adventure. Collaboration and effective communication will lead to success, while MBTI dimensions and personal preferences emerge naturally throughout the game.
A live trainer will guide the teams, ensuring everyone is engaged and maximizing their experience.
The adventure concludes with a complete and certified MBTI training session, where all insights gained will be explained and elaborated upon.
