Activity description
Adnoc & DEI
Adnoc aimed to engage in a thoughtful exchange of ideas regarding the diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and conversations that are most relevant today and will have a lasting impact in the future.
During the game, a dynamic group primarily composed of highly motivated women represented the leadership of our fictitious company, "Women With Energy.”
Exploring DEI
Teams delved into various DEI topics and explored why these issues are important for their respective departments and their organisation as a whole.
Using Adi the chatbot, teams engaged also in multiple-choice questions to learn DEI facts and figures.
The team that won this morning session stood out due to their outstanding teamwork and collaborative efforts.
