Disneyland Paris challenged us to reimagine their training on change management: how could we move beyond theory and help leaders build the skills and reflexes to guide their teams through real, everyday change? We designed a hands-on training where managers practised applying proven frameworks to practical scenarios, tackled the human realities of change, and left ready to support their teams — no matter what comes next.

Stepping Into the Change Challenge
Disney leaders formed teams and entered a practical, hands-on training where every scenario reflected the realities of organisational change.
Tasked with building and managing the first Disney resort in space, participants faced challenges designed to mirror the uncertainty and pressure leaders experience in real life — from new processes and shifting team structures to evolving business goals.

Collaborative
Problem-Solving
Under Pressure
Throughout the training, teams balanced people leadership with collaborative group tasks — tackling the challenge of delivering results while managing ongoing change.
In each round, leaders practised adapting quickly and communicating clearly, applying the Resilience Curve, Strategic Change Canvas, and ADKAR frameworks to support their teams and guide them through uncertainty.
After every round, participants reflected on what worked, discussed their approach, and captured key insights.
Experiencing Change Firsthand
Throughout the experience, participants experienced change themselves: goals shifted and plans were disrupted. These moments gave leaders a chance to reflect on their own reactions under pressure. By the end, leaders walked away with sharper reflexes, stronger self-awareness, and practical tools they could use immediately to lead change with confidence.
