Activity description
Immersive Willy Wonka scenario
Participants entered the fictitious world of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and were tasked to envision the factory's future. Each team developed their own vision, addressing key strategic questions such as production location and target customers.

Confronting divergent visions
Upon presenting their plans, teams discovered significant conflicts between their visions, highlighting the challenges of organisational change without effective communication and alignment.
Introducing the ADKAR model
This set the stage to introduce the ADKAR change management model. Participants learned how to apply its principles to navigate change effectively.
Collaborative Solution
Armed with the ADKAR model, teams revisited their approach. They communicated more effectively and developed a cohesive strategy to gain buy-in for their change vision, demonstrating the practical application of change management.
Real-world application
The session concluded with reflections on how these lessons apply within BPost, preparing participants to lead and support real change initiatives.
