Activity description
Haystack's history
Throughout the event site, teams encountered posters highlighting special moments in Haystack's history. By scanning a QR code on each poster, they unlocked a challenge linked to that specific milestone.
This interactive element allowed teams to engage deeply with the company's past while embracing the excitement of discovering new tasks.
A Mix of Challenges
Teams participated in a variety of assignments designed to celebrate the company's past achievements and encourage forward-thinking. Some tasks fostered innovative thinking and strategic planning, while others focused on fun, creativity, and imagination.
Each challenge was crafted to enhance collaboration and teamwork. This blend ensured a dynamic experience that balanced learning with having fun.
Move as one
To add an extra layer of difficulty, we challenged the Haystack team to move as one. Team members were physically tied together, adding complexity to the tasks and requiring greater coordination.
After the initial round, teams were merged into three larger groups for epic, collaborative battles. In the final stage, all participants were united for a grand team assignment, underscoring the importance of unity and collective effort.
