Activity description
The setup
Through interactive and tailored exercises, participants navigated multiple stages of the tender management process. The training centered around a competitive scenario where participants aimed to win the maximum number of tenders for different facilities at a new hospital.
Successful completion of an exercise granted permission to build a new part of the hospital.

The playbook
The central tool of the training was the IPSEN tender playbook. Teams engaged in a variety of exercises requiring them to apply the playbook's guidelines and follow IPSEN's established processes.
Effective solutions to these exercises allowed teams to win tenders and contribute to the construction of the hospital, reinforcing the practical application of the training material.
Collaboration & reflection
The training emphasised the importance of collaboration and reflection. Participants were encouraged to work together, think critically, discuss strategies, and create solutions as a team.

Throughout the training, participants engaged in reflective sessions to analyse their performance, discuss what they learned, and identify areas for improvement. This process reinforced key concepts and ensured that participants internalised the playbook effectively.
By the end of the training, they had a thorough understanding of the playbook and were well-prepared to manage tender processes effectively within the company.
