Format
WorkNomads aimed to enhance team engagement during their annual two-day event in Sofia. We organised an Olympic-themed experience that united their multinational team, fostered authentic connections and celebrated the WorkNomads culture.

A series of 3 collaborative group events designed to promote teamwork
Activity description
Olympic village creation
On the first evening, teams were challenged to build their own Olympic Village.
They managed special requests, took on different roles and responsibilities, and adapted to feedback — all under time pressure and intense competition.
This activity fostered creativity, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Moving as one team
The next morning began with teams performing unified challenges. Physically connected, groups of six tackled multiple disciplines to score as many points as possible.
A variety of activities ensured everyone was engaged and challenged. Bonus points were awarded to teams that completed the online warm-up beforehand, emphasising the value of preparation.
Competing for Olympic glory
In the final segment, teams faced off in record-breaking challenges. For each event, they delegated champions to compete against others, striving to become the ultimate victors.
The day culminated in a closing ceremony announcing the winning team, celebrating their achievements and the spirit of friendly competition.
