Activity description
Collaborative Skill Stations
Advisors moved in teams through a series of hands-on stations, each designed to reflect real client scenarios and challenges drawn from Enterprise Ireland’s day-to-day work.
Every exercise used a unique, interactive format — ranging from live role-plays to visual sorting and strategic questioning — ensuring no two stations felt the same.

Peer Learning and
Expert Feedback
Teams were encouraged to discuss, debate, and compare their approaches at every station, learning from each other in real time. Expert facilitators guided each challenge, providing feedback, validating solutions, and pushing teams to think more strategically.
Practical Skills, Immediate Impact
Each challenge targeted a core advisory skill: asking better questions, validating client needs, active listening, and strategic scoping.
By the end of the experience, advisors had gained practical techniques, peer insights, and expert guidance they could immediately apply to elevate their client conversations.
