Activity description
Stepping into
the Simulation
Each delivery of the training was adapted to the client’s context — with storylines, examples, and challenges tailored to their industry and team realities.
For Boston Scientific, the scenario centred on acquiring a medical devices company; for Vandemoortele, it was the procurement department of a global ice-cream and frozen-dessert manufacturer; and for AZ Oudenaarde, a merger between two major hospitals.
Acting as consultants, teams had 24 hours to unlock value for the new business using AI.

Exploring AI in Everyday Work
Each session began with a quick primer followed by an introduction to a simple prompting model: Role, Context, Task, Format.
Guided by this structure, teams tackled a series of hands-on challenges that mirrored real-world scenarios. They used AI to research, write, plan, and visualise ideas, discovering how the right prompts could accelerate insight and simplify complex tasks.
Live demos showcased a wide range of AI tools for note-taking, image editing, transcribing, and creative generation — reinforcing that if there’s a need, an AI tool can meet it.
Value Framework
Throughout the session, participants filled in their personal AI Value Framework, mapping where AI could save time and reduce friction in their own roles. This framework shifted the conversation from “how do I use this tool?” to “where does AI fit in my workflow?”
The result was a highly rated, repeat-booked experience that gave teams practical prompting skills, a shared mindset, and the confidence to use AI as an everyday advantage.
